Echo

Echo is a TV film from DaAi TV, made for Tzu Chi’s 60th anniversary. Directed by Huang Ke-yi, it premiered on 5 September 2026.

Set in 1960s Hualien, it follows Wu Yu-feng, who ran a small tofu shop and persuaded the women around her to set aside fifty cents a day to help those in need, a small act that became the beginning of Tzu Chi’s sixty years.

We created the AI environments and motion: rebuilding the streets, skies and distant mountains of 1960s Hualien with generative AI, and letting cloud and light drift through the frame to carry the audience back to that time.
